Sand Dollar Money Spell

Another installment in Sea Witchery. We are going to be using the mighty sand dollar to bring us some money.

Items Needed:

Sand dollar
Small green candle
candle holder
matches
seaweed flakes
seaweed oil – this can be made by taking an oil and infusing sea weed flakes in it for several days straining the seaweed.
A piece of paper
A green pen or pencil.


Timing: Waxing to full

Tide: Rising to high

Gather the required items, you may need to do some prep work several days in advance to make the seaweed oil. To begin with anoint the candle with the seaweed oil and roll the oiled candle in the seaweed flakes, if you can’t find seaweed flakes then crush some seaweed sheets to make flakes or a powder. Light the green candle with these words:

Abundance of the ocean and tide
green candle and seaweed dried
empower my magick make it fly
bring me money in ample supply.
Hold the sand dollar in your hands, the sand dollar is a symbol of the ocean of the pentacle and because it has the name dollar in it, we can use it in abundance and money magick. This once living organism, lived off small edible particles within the sand, it has given its life and we must honor it.

You may wish to say a quick prayer or give it an offering; when you have honored it in someway, empower it to bring you money and abundance:

sand dollar seeker through the grain
help me with my financial gain
I need __ $ to pay whats due
plus a little extra too.
Help me with this important task
if it wasn’t i wouldn’t ask.
Empowered by the power of three
as I will it so mote it be!
Place the sand dollar down and write on a piece of paper how much money you need to pay your bills plus a little extra too. Bless it by passing it quickly through the candle flame, and then under the sand dollar. Let the candle burn out. You may want to repeat this spell until the money comes, be open to the abundance, accept any and all small offers for money such as: helping a neighbor, working over time, giving assistance to someone in need, being observant. Money comes in many ways, so be sure you are not blocking the universes answer to your spell.

About The Symbols

The Reiki symbols are powerful connectors to Reiki energy, they are the cornerstone for Reiki practice. In Reiki one, when we first become a practitioner, we aren't given any Reiki symbols. In Reiki two and three we are given symbols to help our ability to further channel energy.

The symbols originate from the attunement process where a practitioner becomes enabled to channel Reiki energy. They are placed directly in our aura & our chakras otherwise known as our energetic body.

The Symbols


In traditional Reiki there are four symbols they are the powerhouse of the Reiki energy and allow us to channel a specific type of the Reiki energy.

Cho Ku Rei


This symbol, given in Reiki two, is the power symbol is allows an increase in the Reiki energy to flow. It opens a practitioner to be able to flow more Reiki energy during a healing or manifestation ritual.

  • Increased energy & power. 
  • Protection on all levels. 
  • Good for healing a specific area like a "laser". 
  • Helps to foster good energy. 
  • Helps to enhance all relationships. 
Use Cho Ku Rei before giving reiki and afterwards to seal off the energy. It's the symbol that is drawn before any other symbol is used and drawn afterwards to seal in that energy. 

Sei Hei Ki

This is the mental emotional symbol taught in Reiki two, which helps to bring together both sides of the brain. Left and right, thought and emotions, to bring peace. Traditionally it's only drawn on the head, but i have found that it's beneficial any where on the body specific the heart and solar plexus chakra where we hold on to painful memories. 


  • Heal the mind & body and bring them together. 
  • Helps to recall information & aid in slowing down memory loss. 
  • Aids one in overcoming additions. 
  • Provides an additional boost in relieving headaches. 
Remember to draw a Cho Ku Rei before and after drawing this symbol. 

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

This is the last symbol taught in Reiki two that allows a practitioner to channel Reiki at a distance. Time and space do not exist with this symbol allowing Reiki healing energy to be sent to the past, present, and future. Also allowing a practitioner to send Reiki to someone who is not physically present. 
  • Send healing to the past
  • Help situations in the future that maybe rough. 
  • Allows a practitioner to send Reiki to someone who is not physically present. 
Remember to draw a Cho Ku Rei before and after drawing this symbol. 

Dai Ko Myo

This is one of my favorite symbols, this is the Master symbol taught in Reiki three. For sometime after I become a Reiki Master Teacher, i only used the symbols I learned in Reiki two feeling like I didn't have a strong connection to this symbol. I have since added it to my manifestation and healing work and have seen a powerful almost immediate change in what I was working on. This symbol ties in the spiritual healing that Reiki two did not focus on. This symbol works on the higher chakra's, bringing powerful transformation.
Remember to draw a Cho Ku Rei before and after drawing this symbol.

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone is having a fantastic holiday! I am spending time with family today and enjoying being able to just relax. I wanted to be sure to do this weekly reading for you even with the holidays.

 

This week we have lots of adventures and fun ahead of us. Just like a diver going into the deep unknown, breaking out of his or her comfort zone, we have to do the same thing. 

This week we are being asked to do things that go beyond our perceived limits, that's where the real magick lies. Just like the diver we have life lines that will keep us safe in-case things go a bit too far. We have our spiritual team ready to assist us, but they want us to go beyond what we think we are capable of.

We are getting closer and closer to Christmas (Yule for my pagan friends)! So exciting. I am still not really into the holiday spirit, but I am appreciating the snow fall we've had which makes it feel more like the holidays than previous years. 

I've done a pretty good job of keeping up with my Weekly Tarot posts and i've also gotten in the habit of posting a daily tarot card on my instagram. 


I can't promise i'll keep up with it every day, but it's my goal. 

The Reading:



This week we are using the absolutely beautiful Dreams of Gaia Tarot! This week we must pay attention to our inner voice. There is a lot going on in the world around us with the holiday shopping, the political state of the world, and everything else that is demanding our attention we may miss out on our inner voice which whispers to us the important things we must know. 

Our intuition is so quiet that we may miss it if we don't set the intention to listen for it. I recommend doing the grounding meditation each morning or throughout the day to make sure that you are in a place to hear your intuition as it will have some very important messages for you this week. 

Some other things to keep in mind is that intuition comes in more than one way:
  • Inner knowing
  • A Feeling
  • A Vision
  • Hearing a Message 
  • Having a dream

Weekly Tarot Reading 12.11.2017

Welcome to another fabulous week! How is everyone preparing for the holidays? I am still at a loss of what to get those closest to me. My mind seems to be focusing on everything but the holidays and gift giving. Admittedly, I've never really had the holiday spirit, well at least I haven't in the last 20 years. 

This week we are using the Everyday Witch Tarot by Deborah Blake and Elisabeth Alba. 


This week we are joined by the Chariot, this card is all about choosing which direction we want to go. Both choices look equally optimistic but we are at a crossroads and aren't to sure which direction we want to go forward with. It is important to know that we don't have to make this choice by ourselves. Just as this witch has her trusted cat familiar with her; we have those who support us and love us to call on to help us decide. 

Even if you are physically alone you are never truly alone. Spirit is right with you and can help you make the best choice for you at this time, all you have to do is remember to ask.

  • Who can help me with this journey? 
  • Am I still in alignment in mind, body, and spirit?
    • Do I need to do some soul work to get me back into alignment?

Are we ready for another wonderful week? I could honestly use another couple days off but that's okay, I am going on vacation December 21st-26th! 

This week we will be using the traditional Rider Waite Tarot deck. 


This card reminds us as we step into the biggest spending time of the entire year that it's wise to watch our money. Just because there are great deals out there doesn't mean we really need to get the latest technology, or the newest gadget. Save some money aside for unexpected issues because they will arrive, especially with Mercury just entering retrograde. 

You may not know what Mercury in Retrograde means, it's a time of things breaking down and communication being all fckd up! If you wanna appease good ol' Mercury burning a yellow candle in his honor will help lesson the effects. 

Right now isn't the time to make unnecessary purchases. Don't allow impulse buys to set you back on your budget and dreams.

The short of it is; I can't bring to you what I want too if i am spending all this money on web hosting and putting my energy into all those websites all over the place.

I shrunk away from who I was in hopes that I would attract a big following of various different types of people; instead of just being myself and the right people would come. I am sure some of you don't even know who I am because i've changed so much over the years.

I dulled my light so that I wouldn't push anyone away because I felt that I could help everyone; but the truth is you can never help everyone you can only help those who are ready and in alignment with your truth and your message.

I had my message on so many different sites and platforms I lost sight of what the message really was.

Not anymore; I am putting it all together and if you don't like it; I am sorry. I am a Shaman, a Tarot Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and a Witch.

I do Reiki, crystal magick, and I have a big passion for spells.

So here I am going to be just me, all of my websites will point here. All my offerings are going to be through PayPal on here (PayPal is super secure and has buyers protection.)

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support of my constant changing and upgrades. I have a core group of people in my Inner Circle.

I am switching up my freebies they will all be hosted on a password protected on a free WordPress website, the password and log on information will be sent out with each of my e-mail communications.

I am still going to do my monthly newsletter PDF with amazing free content that is printable for your Book of Shadows; which will be downloadable from my e-mail correspondences.

I feel really good and happy about this choice.
